Luxe Bundle Maintenance:

Treat your Luxe Extensions as you would your own! Luxe Collection can be bleached to the lightest of Honey Blonde (#27). Due to the nature of coloring hair le cheveu recommends using a licensed stylist to color and dye the bundles for proper coloring. If Looking to achieve a Bleach Blonde (#613) our Luxe Premium collection is a better match for you!

Shampoo and Condition Hair regulary with sulfate free products. If Bundles are dyed more frequent conditioning is recondmended. Washing and Conditioning your Luxe extendtions will extende the lifespand of your bundles.

Using any chemicals such as dyes can alter the texture of the hair and could cause shedding due to chemical alteration of the hair. le cheveu recomends using a licensed stylist to perform color on your bundles.

Use wide tooth comb and comb from the ends towards weft to minimize shedding. Ideal to install wefts without cutting to minimize any fallout or shedding of weft.

Order Processing

All orders are fuffilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are Processed within 1-3 Buisness Days and Tracking information is sent via email on the day the order is shipped.

Shipping

We offer Standard and Express shipping. We Ship USPS as well as UPS mail within the United States. Most in-stock items should arrive 2-4 business days after the customer recieves the tracking information via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. Please select shipping type during checout.

We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any damage questions at lecheveuluxehairco@gmail.com.

Returned to sender

When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to consumer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.
